Our client has significant projects currently being undertaken on the Eastern Seaboard. As an expanding national consultancy they are experiencing stable workflow through the uncertain times of late. Engineering Careers have been retained to source a senior civil engineer / project manager with a proven track history in dealing with the urban land developments so as to deliver some high profiled projects.

 

To be successful in your application your experience will be essentially in the land development industry in a consultancy environment with a focus on residential and industrial sub-divisional work. Previous autonomy in your dealings with clients and projects will be highly regarded.

 

Given that your experience has been satisfied above the necessary industry design software will be required as some designs will be required and also be checked by you for the up and coming juniors.  An appropriately qualified tertiary qualification recognized by the institute will be essential.

 

Due to the seniority of the role on offer your communication skills should be in line with your experience. Previous experiences in dealings within the Australian market are sought after.

 

The current workflow within this consultancy over the next two years will have you working on a variety of projects ranging from industrial sub-divisions and various major projects some of which include large residential stages and subsequent infrastructure / recreational facilities.
