Customer Support Executive
Fairfax Digital is the online and mobile arm of Fairfax and operates commercial web sites for news and information (including smh.com.au, theage.com.au, brisbanetimes.com.au, WAToday and thevine.com.au) as well as transaction sites (including RSVP.com.au, stayz.com.au and trademe.co.nz).
Interested in being part of the No. 1 Holiday Rental website in Australia? Stayz.com.au is looking for a experienced inbound Customer Support Executive with outstanding customer contact skills. A proactive individual who enjoys interaction with customers over the phone and via email.
You will be responsible for daily processing of incoming customer enquiries, assisting in the management of accounts receivables and daily banking along with making yourself available to answer telephone enquiries between 9am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday.
This challenging position will expose you to a highly competitive business environment that demands excellent customer service. To secure this exciting position you should have a passion for handling customer enquiries and have experience in customer support as well as creating relationships with a variety of customers. Experience in an online business will be a bonus.
You will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service as well as be actively involved in improving the Customer experience of our clients. You will be part of a small dynamic team, based in Pyrmont.
The successful candidate will:
- have a thorough approach to work with a high attention to detail,
- have excellent verbal and written communications skills,
- be analytical with solid troubleshooting skills and a team player.
- be an efficient customer support operator, with experience in email and telephone customer service.
- computer system proficiency is a must.
