R&D Facilities Manager
- Previous experience in managing R&D buildings and equipment?

We have an opportunity for an experienced R&D Facilities Manager.
This position manages the Rydalmere R&D buildings and equipment, and supervises the Model Shop and Laboratories staff. Key deliverables are:
- A safe and productive workplace
- Continual improvement in the quality of prototyping and testing services
Reporting to the Group Manager R&D, the ideal candidate will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline
- Experience in managing technical service facilities and staff in an environment of multiple demands and customers
- Affinity with documented test methods, scientific experimentation, laboratory equipment and practices, and quality management principles
- Ability to work in and lead multi-functional teams
