Large financial institution located in Sydney CBD seeks a Desktop Publisher with excellent MS skills to work within its established business development team.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Creating layout templates in Word and presentations in PowerPoint
  • Formulating bid submission documents in Word, PowerPoint or Excel
  • Managing final production of submission, including liaising with suppliers.


Essential requirements include:


  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience developing and using templates in MS Office
  • Excellent organisational skills and a team-focussed attitude
  • A good eye for layout and design.

The successful candidate will ideally have relevant experience working in a corporate in-house design/presentation/document preparation environment.
