Reporting to the Traffic & Planning Manager and working alongside the multi-channel advertising sales team, you will be responsible for the coordination and functionality of all FRG online advertising campaigns; including but not limited to uploading, monitoring and optimising of advertisements in accordance to customer agreements.

Dealing with internal and external stakeholders, as well as other advertising and development personnel, you will provide prompt and proficient customer service to resolve any trafficking and technical issues. Your role as Online Campaign & Traffic Manager will have you highly valued as the day to day go to person.

As part of an online and print production/layout hub, you will also provide relief support services for planning and management of AFR newspaper layouts, Monday to Saturday editions.

Essential

  Excellent time management and prioritising skills

  2 years experience in online ad traffic management and optimization.

  Knowledge of ad serving and management systems.

  Solid understanding of online marketing and advertising.

  • Proficient in testing all third party tags and rich media.

  Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel.

  Ability to thrive in detail oriented, high pressure environment.

  Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

Desirable

  High level of technical competency.

  Experience in HTML and JavaScript.

  Skills and experience in dealing with EyeBlaster, Facilitate, DoubleClick and other third party tags.

  Experience with Methode, Cybersell, Solbright, Open X (version 2.8.3), Nielsen Site Census
