Fairfax Media, Australia\'s leading media company in print and online, is seeking to employ a full time Newsagency Contracts Administrator to assist in the operation and administration of Fairfax\'s newsagency network.

Based in Sydney, your key responsibility will be to carry out administrative functions and support strategies that are in place as part of the Newsagency Contracts team. In particular, you will be responsible for or contribute towards:

• Maintenance of Newsagency Contracts database
• Assessing Newsagency applications
• Reviewing and Reporting on Agency Performance
• Assisting with the Performance Management of Incumbent Agents
• Communicating both verbally and in writing with key internal/external stakeholders
• Interviewing prospective newsagents
• Preparation of correspondence
• General admin duties

Ideally, you will have had experience in a busy office environment, and will pride yourself on attention to detail and accuracy. Advanced Word skills and intermediate to advanced Excel skills are essential, and you will also possess strong literacy skills.

You will have proven behavioural skills in the area conflict management, will be self-motivated and conscientious with the ability to prioritise, and be able to work unsupervised in a small team.
